Yes. On a weekly basis, we create content for thousands of customers, more than half of which are agencies or high-volume enterprise clients. Here’s a case study about how a leading SEO agency used us to make their content model profitable for the first time in 4 years.
There’s more to content marketing than creating great content, and that’s where Professional Services come in. Pro Services (like +Optimize where we publish content on your behalf) can take a few things off your plate, or we can manage it all from start to finish with Verblio Complete.
Our full-service solution, Verblio Complete, is ideal for businesses that don’t have the time, resources, or desire to get hands-on in the platform. It's also great for agencies who are juggling multiple clients and deadlines. We’ll assign you an outsourced content manager to serve as your dedicated account manager & point person and to be your personal advocate in the Verblio system.
We take plagiarism very seriously, because we know how damaging it can be to a brand. We check for plagiarism in three separate stages before content ever gets to our customers:
- We use the most advanced anti-plagiarism software on the market, which scans every piece of content written by one of our writers and compares it to millions and millions of pages on the internet to check for duplicate content.
- All of our writers must sign a plagiarism pledge, pass a rigorous plagiarism test, and prove that they cite sources properly and thoroughly when auditioning to become a Verblio writer. We employ a strict no-tolerance policy, and any writer who violates the policy is permanently removed from our system.
- Finally, we use a proprietary internal system, layered on top of steps 1 and 2, that provides an extra layer of security. We keep this system under wraps to make it more difficult to evade.
As far as the light touches, Simba—that's how far we write and create multimedia content.
We offer everything from blog posts and newsletters, to ebooks, pillar content, product descriptions, press releases, and even engagement videos. See the full list here.
Niche, please. Obscure and esoteric is our specialty. As a small sample, we’ve written for a seawall construction company, farm legacy consultants, plastic injection-molding companies (yes, plural), motivational speakers, a school for Chinese medicine, an antler chandelier builder, a debate-themed nonprofit, a funeral home, a hydro excavation firm, and an e-commerce store for luxe mink eyelashes.
Our network of writers offers extensive geographic coverage for local businesses and franchise needs.
Publishing, yes. Promotion and placement, no.
We'll walk you through how to set up our free WordPress & HubSpot integrations as soon as you sign up, but you can send your content to either platform in one click!
As for promoting and placement... that’s where the shadow realm starts, Simba. We don’t do it. But we have written about it, and this series of posts (Part 1 and Part 2) is a good place to start learning how it's done.
Working with Writers
Verblio writers hail from all corners of the United States. Some are full-time freelance professionals, while others are professionals in other industries by day and part-time freelancers by night. They have wide-ranging, in-depth experience in everything from fashion to finance, which is how we're able to serve such a broad array of businesses.
However, our writers do all have a few things in common: they get digital, they are sticklers for grammar, and they deliver content to our diverse, demanding customer base. Verblio writers are also an active and supportive community, connecting through Verblio’s forum, where they share advice and encouragement, and cheer for each other’s success. We’re proud to host the happiest writers of any of our competitors. That might be braggadocios. But it’s also true.
You’ll be able to brief writers on your universal preferences during onboarding and on topic-specific preferences through the Requests Manager.
Onboarding is designed to capture your brand requirements and target audience as quickly and efficiently as possible. The Requests Manager is where you'll brief writers on the specific pieces of content that you need. You'll specify the content type, title (if you have one in mind), description of your topic, links for research, CTAs, SEO details, and any other information you would like to add.
We've honed our onboarding and content request processes over years of experience to help customers communicate intent, audience, voice, and personality. We've designed the platform to help you get exactly the content you need. Read more about how it works here.
Request unlimited edits at no extra cost. The actual process looks a lot like track changes in Google Docs; you’ll go back and forth on in-line edits with a writer until you have a piece of content you’re happy with.
Subscription & Billing
Content marketing doesn't work without content, and the subscription model keeps content flowing and your efforts on track. This continuity also helps you build ongoing relationships with writers, so you won't need to onboard a new writer every time you need a blog post or newsletter written.
Verblio subscriptions are flexible, month-to-month plans with no contracts. Learn more about the subscription model.
First thing to know: We use “account” and “plan” interchangeably.
Second thing to know: Your account can have more than 1 subscription. You can add new subscriptions at any time.
- If you’re an agency with multiple clients, add a unique subscription for each client.
- If you're looking for content at varied word counts, add a subscription for each one.
Add optional services for each subscription, decide if you want to pay monthly or get a discount for paying yearly, then click a few more times and you're signed up.
You’ll have the option to fill in your business info and complete onboarding during sign-up, or you can return and complete it when you have more time.

Try Verblio risk free. If you don't like the content, don't accept it. As long as you don’t accept any content, you can request a full refund within 30 days.
Dolphins respond to respect and intelligence, so as long as you prove yourself intellectually capable and respectful to a dolphin, they’ll trust you for life. It’s science.
Buddy is still around, although he’s retired from his full-time gig as BlogMutt’s mascot. He’ll live on in the Verblio platform, in easter-eggy fashion and new party colors.
We have no shame in our wordplay game, and “Verblio” is ripe for the punning.
