It looks a little different for everyone, but the short version is:

• We learn your brand and style guide
• We listen to your goals and build a strategy
• We build a custom pool of writers in your industry
• We integrate with your content workflow tools, like Asana or Airtable
• You send us orders in bulk or build the briefs, we manage the writers, deadlines, and everything else 

For managed accounts, we have a minimum spend of $3,500k/month.

That’s all inclusive—content, project management, dedicated account manager on speed dial, writer curation, custom workflows, and a cherry on top. 

We haven’t hit it yet—usually clients run out of briefs before we run out of capacity. 10,000/pieces a month is doable, but we’ll ramp together to make sure we’re hitting all your requirements as we scale.
