New feature release: Bulk content creation

Table of Contents

Big news, Verblio customers: You can now order content in bulk on our hybrid human-AI content creation platform! 🎉

You already know how easy it is to get one piece of content. You just give us your topic, primary keyword, target audience, and the goal of the content, and we handle the rest.

Now, you can do that for dozens (or hundreds) of articles at once!

How to get content in bulk

For a full walk-through of our bulk content generation feature with all the details and screenshots, check out our help article.

Here’s the quick version:

  1. Log in to your Verblio account.
  2. When you start a new order, you’ll now see that “Bulk Request” Is available.
  3. Fill out the embedded Google Sheet with your order information. (Pro tip: Make a copy of this template. You and your team can add topics as you think of them and then, when you’re ready to order, just copy and paste all the request info from the template into the platform.)
  4. Outlines will be automatically generated for all your topics. Review those and make any edits to ensure our writers cover all the information you need.
  5. Purchase your content!

You’ll then be able to see the status of each piece you ordered in your dashboard, and you can expect to have all the completed content within 4 to 6 business days.

It’s that easy.

Is there a limit to how much bulk content I can order?

Nope. We’ve got all our intelligence, both human and artificial, standing by to create as much quality content as you want. Thanks to our wide network of freelance writers, we can scale up and down as quickly as you need.

Do I have to provide a brief for every topic?

Unlike our human-only platform where you can submit as lengthy of a brief and style guide as you want, our hybrid human-AI platform has a much more streamlined request process. We only ask you for the few pieces of information we’ve found are most necessary in getting you content that fulfills your expectations:

  • The topic
  • Primary keyword
  • Target audience
  • Goal of the content
  • Word count
  • Link for a call-to-action (optional)

Yes, this information is important. We can only create effective content for you if we know what it needs to do and who it needs to reach. As much as we’d love for you not to have to do any work at all to get content you love, we’re unfortunately not mind readers. (You might believe we are, though, once you see what we can do with just those six pieces of information.)

Want to provide more information for more bespoke content needs? Check out our human-only platform.

Is the quality the same in bulk as if I order pieces of content individually?

Yes! Each topic you request in a bulk order goes through the exact same workflow as an individual order:

Based on the outline you review, one of our professional writers will use our custom-built AI tools to draft and edit the full article. Then (because proofreading your own work is hard, no matter how good a writer you are) each article goes through a second set of human eyes in our proofreading layer, before being delivered to you in a Google Doc.

We’re not cutting any corners with our bulk order feature—the only difference is you can now order all your content with just a few clicks, rather than having to submit a separate order for each piece.
